There’s a new program by the Town of Ashland where businesses can pay $400 for two years to have business/organization pole banners hung on a lamp post in downtown & along Rte 126, Pond St. The pole banners are going to be just 4 feet tall by 18” wide.
We already have some up in downtown (with American flags) so you can get a sense of the size. They aren’t huge, possibly rotating through a few designs throughout the year. The $400 allows the program to pay for itself so it’s not using town funds.

Instructions from the Town:
“The banners will be displayed on the black lampposts around town. They are double-sided and 48” tall x 18” wide and have the name of the business or group sponsoring clearly printed in the center of the banner.
The cost of one banner is $400 for the two year program. This cost includes the printing, installation, removing and storing of the banner. One year programs are not available.
To be a part of the Town of Ashland’s Banner Program please submit an application and a check made payable to the ‘Town of Ashland’ or you may pay online using https://epay.cityhallsystems.com/ – enter Ashland, MA & select Banner Sponsorship Program. Applications are due by Monday, August 3rd.
