MOSQUITO SPRAYING NOTICE FOR ASHLAND
The Ashland Police Department would like to make residents aware that the Central Massachusetts Mosquito Control Project (CMMCP) has scheduled mosquito control activities in Ashland on the following tentative dates:
📅 August 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31, 2026
Please note that these dates are subject to change based on weather conditions, mosquito populations, mosquito virus activity, and other operational needs.
Residents experiencing mosquito issues may request service directly through the CMMCP by calling (508) 393-3055 between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, or by visiting www.cmmcp.org.
Property owners who wish to be excluded from mosquito spraying may obtain information about the state’s “No Spray” program by visiting www.cmmcp.org and selecting the “No Spray Info” option.
For daily updates on spraying schedules, residents can check the CMMCP website or call their information line after 3:30 PM.
The Ashland Police Department encourages residents to help reduce mosquito populations by eliminating standing water around their homes and using appropriate insect repellent when outdoors.
